Bank Hall "Pit Top", Burnley
Burnley's largest coal mine closed in 1971 and the area was landscaped. The water is a canal basin from the Leeds/Liverpool Canal. The chimney belongs to Stanley Mill. The parkland is one of many in and around Burnley and is looked after by the local council.
