Barley
A break in the cycle of wet and windy weather allowed for a hike up Pendle Hill on this Sunday morning, leaving the car park at 10:25hrs and heading for the Ogden Reservoirs.
House for Sale
Oh dear! The semis nearest the camera are expensive enough (East Lancs prices), but the detached at the end is absurdly priced. In my opinion, they don't look right and there are no views - other than towards your neighbours, who probably don't want you there anyway. And you get loads of walkers drifting past.

Upper Ogden Reservoir
Both reservoirs are full and overflowing.
I took a fairly direct ascent route from the top reservoir, over Fox Holes and up to the spring on the well trodden route up the side of the hill.
