Pendle in Shadow
Start time of 20:00 from the roadside. I'm not optimistic about a great sunset, but I am expecting a typically brisk evening walk up Lancashire's favourite hill.
The Steps
This Saturday (18th), these steps will be full of witches. Should be quite a sight, but I won't be here.

Not a candidate for the top three sunsets of 2012, but a good walk nonetheless.
Walkers: Just Me.
Time taken: 1hr over a distance of about 2.5 miles.
Route: Roadside, up the steps, summit, down the track.
Weather and conditions: Calm and dusky.
Greetings Count: I bumped into my brother, two groups and a few other folk besides.
