I am an enthusiastic Lake District fellwalker. I am a keen follower of the wonderful efforts of A.Wainwright and his Pictorial Guides.
I have split my pages on Lake District walks into the 7 divisions as determined by AW. Whenever I visit a fell summit for the first time and generally thereafter, I carry the relevant Wainwright guide with me and make sure I use it wherever possible.
