Up The Steps
You may just be able to make out two characters further down. I overtook them on the level and these were the only people I saw on the whole of the walk.
Foulridge Lower Reservoir
Canal feeder. I think the canal will stay open through the summer this year!
Summit Bird
Maybe a skylark, ground larking.
Pendle Summit
It's 20:40 and still about an hour to sunset. I would like to have been up on the longest day, Tuesday this week, but cloud and rain had other ideas. Can't win 'em all.
Pendle Hill Trig Point

Walkers: Just Me
Time taken: 1hr 2mins over a distance of about 2.5 miles.
Route: Roadside, up the steps, along the top and down the track.
Weather and conditions: Bright and breezy.
Greetings Count: Those two slower walkers, nobody else - all that top to myself.
