Pendle Summit
Scroll down for photos and a description of the walk....
Black Moss Reservoirs
A bit of a rush to get to the area in time, but I choose the shortest route and have high hopes of some decent sunset photos.
Sunset and Stile
Perma-puddle is well stocked. We get plenty of rain in East Lancashire but seem to avoid the floods suffered elsewhere due to the fact that we don't have populated flood plains.
Izzy The Dog
These clever dogs I have had the pleasure of walking with are getting the hang of sitting next to trig points and keeping still.

Pendle Sunsets
If one "Googles" "Pendle Hill", this website doesn't get a look in. However, repeat with "Pendle Sunsets" and I'm in! I don't bother with SEO, so Google and the others find their own way into my website.
or maybe "Sunset on Pendle"
Moon over Weets Hill
Yellow Moon
I suppose the yellowing of the moon is due to sunrays passing through the Earth's atmosphere, but research suggests a "Penumbral" lunar eclispse would have been visible this evening - but only at moon-rise and this is half an hour later.
