Pendle Hill
A "shallow" low hangs over the British Isles and showers are the order of the day.
The Steps
Start time of 16:00hrs from the roadside. It could be a quiet one.

Barley View
Barley Hill and Lower Ogden Reservoir
Sunlight on the green fields of Barley and the last shower heads off over the Pennine Hills.
Pendle House
Pendle House has been revealed! Conifers and the like have been cut back.
The Cattle Grid
Walkers: Just Me
Time taken: 1hrs 11mins over a distance of about 2.5 miles.
Route: Roadside, The Steps, The Stile, Summit, Track, back to the roadside.
Weather and conditions: Mainly cloudy, a few bright intervals and not cold (for a change).
Greetings Count: Nobody until the top and then the Fell Finder, followed by a lady on the way up the track and a few others setting off just as I was returning to the car.
